We have written a small book about the twelve ship wrecks listed at this site. Titled ‘Troubled Waters’, it charts the background to the vessels and their owners, together with a detailed description of what happened when disaster struck. As a matter of interest, seven were wrecked on the rocks and one was lost when it struck a submerged reef. Two were due to collisions, and one was lost in a storm, while one was sunk in wartime action.

The book is available to anyone who may be interested, at a cost of £9.95 + P&P.

Also available is our set of 12 postcards picturing each of the ships featured at this site. The set is £5 + P&P.

All proceeds from these two items go to the R.N.L.I..
